FOUNDER'S STORY
I have lived and breathed sales for over 30 years, sometimes as a direct contributor but also in many leadership roles across, but not exclusive to, SAAS, Marketing Automation & Personalisation, Retail, and Real Estate.
My main strengths and achievements have been launching new companies and products into European markets. These have ranged from pure start-ups to scaleups and global Silicon Valley organisations.
This has involved standing up sales teams, SDR teams, and channel teams from scratch to expansion, replication, and localisation of successful brands wanting to enter new markets.
Laying the foundations correctly from the start means the businesses I have worked for are set up for scale, accelerating growth, reducing risk, and reducing costs.
There are many aspects to a successful launch or scale, such as alignment between the product and sales & marketing teams. Effective staffing, good communication, a positive culture, and proper processes are key pillars of my ethos.
